NOTARIZATION OF TRANSLATION IN KYIV
Today, the level of international contacts between people and organizations is so high that almost everyone needs to officially certify the translation of documents to provide them to employees of various structures.
There are two types of translation certification:
In the case of notarization of a translation, we are talking about certifying a translation outside our organization – at a notary’s office. The notary certifies the authenticity of the translator’s signature, thereby confirming that the person who signed the translation in his or her presence had the necessary qualifications to provide this service.

* In this type of certification, the translation may be attached to a photocopy of the document or to the original document.
** Such certification involves simultaneous notarization of the translator’s signature and a copy of the original document. You can notarize a copy of state documents, and if the document is issued by another state, it must be apostilled to notarize the notarized copy.
*** Such notarization involves a separate certification of a copy of the original document, without translation.
DOCUMENTS SUBJECT TO NOTARIZATION:
Documents that do not have a seal, stamp or signature, i.e. do not have a document form, cannot be notarized, only certified with the translation agency’s seal and the translator’s signature.
