Civil registry document support means representation under a notarised power of attorney. Duplicate certificates, extracts and statements are issued by the civil registry authorities, the state archives and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. MacroGlobal prepares and submits the application, tracks its progress and hands the finished document over to you, and translates and certifies it when it is needed for an apostille, consular legalisation or submission abroad. Your personal presence at the authorities is not required.

Duplicate certificates, extracts and statements are issued by the civil registry authorities, the state archives and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. MacroGlobal Translation Bureau does not issue these documents and is not a public authority. We act as your representative under a notarised power of attorney: we prepare the application, submit it to the relevant authority, track its progress and hand the finished document over to you. When needed, we translate it and certify the translation by a notary or with the bureau seal.

State fees for issuing the document are paid separately, at the rates of the authority that issues it. Our fee covers representation, support and translation.
